* Ensure that the cluster is in an active state before retrying.

#### Description:

* Communication with the Query Engine was interrupted. Please rerun the query.

**Solution:**

* Please rerun the query.

### <mark style="color:blue;">**QE04**</mark>

#### Description:

* The query Editor session has become stale. Please refresh the browser. If this issue persists contact e6data support.

**Solution:**

* Please refresh the browser or contact e6data Support if the issue is not resolved.

#### Description:

* Internet connectivity is unavailable, please check your connection.

**Solution:**

* Please ensure that Internet connectivity is working properly and try again.
