# User Account Errors

### <mark style="color:blue;">US01</mark>&#x20;

**Description:**&#x20;

* Sorry, the credentials you are using are invalid. You have only \_ attempts left.

**Solutions**:

* Ensure you are using the correct credentials (email/password).
* If you don't remember your password, click on 'Forgot Password' to create a new password.
* Make sure you are using the correct e6data URL (alias/subdomain) for your organization.

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US02**</mark>

**Description:**

* This user is already a member of this account. You can only invite users who are not already registered on the e6data platform.

**Solutions:**

* Ask the user to check their email and accept their invitation to join e6data.
* If their invitation link has expired, resend an invitation to the user.
* If their invitation link hasn't expired, delete the user and add them again.
* If the user cannot remember their password please ask them to click on 'Forgot Password' to create a new password.

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US03**</mark>

**Description:**

* This link has expired.

**Solutions:**

* Request a new signup link.
* Request a new invitation from your e6data administrator.
* Repeat the password reset process.

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US04**</mark>

**Description:**

* Your account was blocked due to excessive failed logins and will be unblocked in 15 minutes.

**Solutions:**

* Try again in 15 mins, after the account is unblocked.
* Contact us at <help@e6data.com> using your registered email and we will help you unblock your account.

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US05**</mark>

**Description:**

* You have exceeded the daily limit for password reset requests.

**Solution:**

* Try using the last reset password link sent to you via email. Each password reset link has a validity of 24 hours.
* Try again after 24 hours.
* Contact us at <help@e6data.com> with your registered email and we will help you unlock your account.

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US06**</mark>

**Description:**

* The user session has expired. Please login again.

**Solution:**

* Please login again.

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US07**</mark>

**Description:**

* Length of the input must be greater than or equal to 1.

**Solution:**

* Please follow these criteria:
  * Length: 1 or longer
  * Special Characters: `-` `_`
  * Should start with: `A-Z` `a-z`

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US11**</mark>

#### Description:

* Invalid input: only letters are allowed.

**Solution:**

* Please follow the minimum criteria&#x20;
  * Length: 1 or longer
  * Special characters: Not allowed
  * Should contain only letters: `A-z`
  * Spaces are not allowed

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US12**</mark>

#### Description:

* Invalid input: only letters and spaces are allowed.

**Solution:**

* Please follow these criteria:
* Length: 1 or longer
* Special characters: Not allowed
* Should contain only letters: `A-z`
* Spaces are allowed

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US13**</mark>

#### Description:

* Invalid input: only numbers are allowed.

**Solution:**

* Please follow these criteria:
  * Length: 1 or longer
  * Special characters: Not allowed
  * Characters: `0-9`

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US14**</mark>

#### Description:

* Invalid input: only alphanumeric characters, - & \_ are allowed and cannot begin with a number.

**Solution:**

* Please follow these criteria:
  * Length: 1+ or longer
  * Special characters: `-` `_`
  * Start with: `-` `_` `A-z`
  * End with: `-` `_` `A-z` `0-9`

#### Description:

* Invalid input: only alphanumeric characters, - & \_ is allowed.

**Solution:**

* Please follow these criteria:
  * Length: 1 or longer
  * Special characters: `-` `_`
  * Allowed characters: `A-z` `0-9` `-` `_`

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US16**</mark>

**Description:**

* Invalid input: only lowercase letters, numbers, and - are allowed.

#### Solution:

* Please follow this criteria:
  * Length: 1+
  * Special characters: `-`&#x20;
  * Need to Start with:  `-` `a-z`&#x20;
  * End with: `a-z` `0-9`

**Description:**

* The input must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

#### Solution:

* Please follow the minimum criteria&#x20;
  * Length: 4&#x20;
  * Should contain at least one of: `0-9` `A-z` `.` `!` `@` `#` `$` `%` `^` `&` `*`

**Description:**

* The username must include numbers and alphabets. The length of the username should be more than 3.

#### Solution:

* Please follow the minimum criteria&#x20;
  * Length :  3&#x20;
  * Special characters: `-`&#x20;
  * Need to Start with: `-`, `a-z`, `A-Z`&#x20;
  * Need to end with: `-` `a-z` `A-Z` `0-9`

#### Description:

* Only business emails are allowed. Email addresses from personal webmail providers will not work.

**Solution:**

* Please use your business email address.

#### Description:

* The email that you have provided is already associated with an account in e6data.

**Solution:**

* Please go to your alias/subdomain URL and log in using your credentials.

#### Description:

* An internal server error occurred.

**Solution:**

* Please try again in a few minutes.&#x20;

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US22**</mark>

#### Description:

* The subdomain/alias you entered already exists.

**Solution:**

* Please enter a different subdomain/alias.

#### Description:

* Insufficient permissions to carry out this operation. Please check the privileges assigned to this account.

**Solution:**

* Please contact a user with the required privileges to carry out this operation or request an administrator to elevate the privileges of this account.

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US24**</mark>

#### Description:

* The tag name you have entered is invalid. Please follow the provided guidelines.

**Solution:**

* Please enter a tag name that follows these guidelines:
  * Allowed characters: `A-z` `0-9` `_` `:`
  * Length: 1-127 characters
  * Key cannot start with 'aws:'
  * Key cannot be 'name'
  * Key must be unique

#### Description:

During sign up an unexpected error has occurred in the backend. Users are advised to contact <help@e6data.com> to report the issue and get assistance from the technical team in resolving it.&#x20;

#### Solution:

Please reach out to us at <help@e6data.com> for further investigation and resolution of the problem. Our, support team will analyze the error details, troubleshoot the issue, and provide comprehensive information.

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US33**</mark>

#### Error:

Invalid or Expired MFA Code. You have \_ attempts left.

#### Description:

The multi-factor authentication (MFA) code you entered is either incorrect or has expired. To protect your account, you have a limited number of attempts remaining before your account is temporarily locked.

#### Solution:

Ensure you are entering the correct MFA code, as it is time-sensitive and may expire after a short period. If the code has expired, request a new one through your authentication app or via SMS/email, depending on your setup. Make sure the clock on your authentication device is set correctly, as time discrepancies can cause issues with code validity. You have X login attempts remaining before your account is temporarily locked. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

### <mark style="color:blue;">**US34**</mark>

#### Error:

Too Many MFA Code Requests

#### Description:

You have requested multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes more than 5 times within the past minute. For security reasons, additional MFA verification code emails will not be sent at this time.

#### Solution:

Please wait for a minute before attempting to request another MFA code. This limit is in place to protect your account from potential unauthorized access. After waiting, try again to request a new MFA code. If you continue to experience issues or believe this is an error, please contact our support team for assistance.
