# Query Editor Errors

> Troubleshoot issues related to query execution and interface functionality.

### **QE01**

#### Description:

* Query Editor operation failed. Please contact e6data support.

**Solution:**

* Please contact e6data support at [help@e6data.com](mailto:help@e6data.com) for help with this error.

### **QE02**

#### Description:

* Connection to cluster failed. Please check the cluster status or try again in a few minutes.

**Solution:**

* Ensure that the cluster is in an active state before retrying.

### **QE03**

#### Description:

* Communication with the Query Engine was interrupted. Please rerun the query.

**Solution:**

* Please rerun the query.

### **QE04**

#### Description:

* The query Editor session has become stale. Please refresh the browser. If this issue persists contact e6data support.

**Solution:**

* Please refresh the browser or contact e6data Support if the issue is not resolved.

### **QE05**

#### Description:

* Internet connectivity is unavailable, please check your connection.

**Solution:**

* Please ensure that Internet connectivity is working properly and try again.
