# User Account Errors

> Troubleshoot authentication, access, and profile-related issues.

### US01

**Description:**

* Sorry, the credentials you are using are invalid. You have only \_ attempts left.

**Solutions**:

* Ensure you are using the correct credentials (email/password).
* If you don't remember your password, click on 'Forgot Password' to create a new password.
* Make sure you are using the correct e6data URL (alias/subdomain) for your organization.

### **US02**

**Description:**

* This user is already a member of this account. You can only invite users who are not already registered on the e6data platform.

**Solutions:**

* Ask the user to check their email and accept their invitation to join e6data.
* If their invitation link has expired, resend an invitation to the user.
* If their invitation link hasn't expired, delete the user and add them again.
* If the user cannot remember their password please ask them to click on 'Forgot Password' to create a new password.

### **US03**

**Description:**

* This link has expired.

**Solutions:**

* Request a new signup link.
* Request a new invitation from your e6data administrator.
* Repeat the password reset process.

### **US04**

**Description:**

* Your account was blocked due to excessive failed logins and will be unblocked in 15 minutes.

**Solutions:**

* Try again in 15 mins, after the account is unblocked.
* Contact us at [help@e6data.com](mailto:help@e6data.com) using your registered email and we will help you unblock your account.

### **US05**

**Description:**

* You have exceeded the daily limit for password reset requests.

**Solution:**

* Try using the last reset password link sent to you via email. Each password reset link has a validity of 24 hours.
* Try again after 24 hours.
* Contact us at [help@e6data.com](mailto:help@e6data.com) with your registered email and we will help you unlock your account.

### **US06**

**Description:**

* The user session has expired. Please login again.

**Solution:**

* Please login again.

### **US07**

**Description:**

* Length of the input must be greater than or equal to 1.

**Solution:**

* Please follow these criteria:
  * Length: 1 or longer
  * Special Characters: `-` `_`
  * Should start with: `A-Z` `a-z`

### **US11**

#### Description:

* Invalid input: only letters are allowed.

**Solution:**

* Please follow the minimum criteria
  * Length: 1 or longer
  * Special characters: Not allowed
  * Should contain only letters: `A-z`
  * Spaces are not allowed

### **US12**

#### Description:

* Invalid input: only letters and spaces are allowed.

**Solution:**

* Please follow these criteria:
  * Length: 1 or longer
  * Special characters: Not allowed
  * Should contain only letters: `A-z`
  * Spaces are allowed

### **US13**

#### Description:

* Invalid input: only numbers are allowed.

**Solution:**

* Please follow these criteria:
  * Length: 1 or longer
  * Special characters: Not allowed
  * Characters: `0-9`

### **US14**

#### Description:

* Invalid input: only alphanumeric characters, - & \_ are allowed and cannot begin with a number.

**Solution:**

* Please follow these criteria:
  * Length: 1+ or longer
  * Special characters: `-` `_`
  * Start with: `-` `_` `A-z`
  * End with: `-` `_` `A-z` `0-9`

### **US15**

#### Description:

* Invalid input: only alphanumeric characters, - & \_ is allowed.

**Solution:**

* Please follow these criteria:
  * Length: 1 or longer
  * Special characters: `-` `_`
  * Allowed characters: `A-z` `0-9` `-` `_`

### **US16**

**Description:**

* Invalid input: only lowercase letters, numbers, and - are allowed.

#### Solution:

* Please follow this criteria:
  * Length: 1+
  * Special characters: `-`
  * Need to Start with: `-` `a-z`
  * End with: `a-z` `0-9`

### **US17**

**Description:**

* The input must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

#### Solution:

* Please follow the minimum criteria
  * Length: 4
  * Should contain at least one of: `0-9` `A-z` `.` `!` `@` `#` `$` `%` `^` `&` `*`

### **US18**

**Description:**

* The username must include numbers and alphabets. The length of the username should be more than 3.

#### Solution:

* Please follow the minimum criteria
  * Length : 3
  * Special characters: `-`
  * Need to Start with: `-`, `a-z`, `A-Z`
  * Need to end with: `-` `a-z` `A-Z` `0-9`

### **US19**

#### Description:

* Only business emails are allowed. Email addresses from personal webmail providers will not work.

**Solution:**

* Please use your business email address.
* In case the signup is not working with your business email, kindly contact us at [help@e6data.com](mailto:help@e6data.com).

### **US20**

#### Description:

* The email that you have provided is already associated with an account in e6data.

**Solution:**

* Please go to your alias/subdomain URL and log in using your credentials.

### **US21**

#### Description:

* An internal server error occurred.

**Solution:**

* Please try again in a few minutes.
* Please contact e6data support at [help@e6data.com](mailto:help@e6data.com) for help with this error.

### **US22**

#### Description:

* The subdomain/alias you entered already exists.

**Solution:**

* Please enter a different subdomain/alias.

### **US23**

#### Description:

* Insufficient permissions to carry out this operation. Please check the privileges assigned to this account.

**Solution:**

* Please contact a user with the required privileges to carry out this operation or request an administrator to elevate the privileges of this account.

### **US24**

#### Description:

* The tag name you have entered is invalid. Please follow the provided guidelines.

**Solution:**

* Please enter a tag name that follows these guidelines:
  * Allowed characters: `A-z` `0-9` `_` `:`
  * Length: 1-127 characters
  * Key cannot start with 'aws:'
  * Key cannot be 'name'
  * Key must be unique

### **US25**

#### Description:

* Account operation failed. Please contact e6data support.

**Solution:**

* Please contact e6data support at [help@e6data.com](mailto:help@e6data.com) for help with this error.

### **US26**

#### Description:

* This alias/subdomain does not exist.

**Solution:**

* Please enter the correct alias/subdomain.

### **US27**

#### Description:

* Authentication credentials were not provided. Please provide your credentials.

**Solution:**

* Please provide your credentials.

### **US28**

#### Description:

* The credentials you provided are incorrect. Please check the credentials & try again.

**Solution:**

* Please check the credentials & try again.

### **US29**

#### Description:

* This link has already been used. Please login.

**Solution:**

* Request a new signup link.
* Request a new invitation from your e6data administrator.
* Repeat the password reset process.

### **US30**

#### Description:

* This link is invalid. Please generate a new link.

**Solution:**

* Request a new signup link.
* Request a new invitation from your e6data administrator.
* Repeat the password reset process.

### **US31**

**Description:**

* Old password matches new password. Please enter a different password.

### **US32**

#### Error:

Failed to signup

#### Description:

During sign up an unexpected error has occurred in the backend. Users are advised to contact [help@e6data.com](mailto:help@e6data.com) to report the issue and get assistance from the technical team in resolving it.

#### Solution:
