[network.workers] listen is the controller address that accepts worker connections. Its default is 127.0.0.1:50061. advertise is the reachable URL supplied to workers. Its default is http://127.0.0.1:50061.
Example In Kubernetes, use listen = "0.0.0.0:50061" and advertise = "http://laminar-controller:50061". Expose that port on the controller Service.
