Description:

Solutions:
Ensure you are using the correct credentials (email/password).
If you don't remember your password, click on 'Forgot Password' to create a new password.
Make sure you are using the correct e6data URL (alias/subdomain) for your organization.
US02
Description:
This user is already a member of this account. You can only invite users who are not already registered on the e6data platform.
Solutions:
Ask the user to check their email and accept their invitation to join e6data.
If their invitation link has expired, resend an invitation to the user.
If their invitation link hasn't expired, delete the user and add them again.
If the user cannot remember their password please ask them to click on 'Forgot Password' to create a new password.

Description:

Solutions:
Request a new signup link.
Request a new invitation from your e6data administrator.
Repeat the password reset process.

Description:
Your account was blocked due to excessive failed logins and will be unblocked in 15 minutes.
Solutions:

Description:
The multi-factor authentication (MFA) code you entered is either incorrect or has expired. To protect your account, you have a limited number of attempts remaining before your account is temporarily locked.
Solution:
Ensure you are entering the correct MFA code, as it is time-sensitive and may expire after a short period. If the code has expired, request a new one through your authentication app or via SMS/email, depending on your setup. Make sure the clock on your authentication device is set correctly, as time discrepancies can cause issues with code validity.
