Bitwise functions

Operate on the individual bits of integers.

Function	Type	What it does
`bit_count`	Scalar	Counts the set bits in an integer.
`bit_get`	Scalar	Returns the bit at a zero-based position in an integer.
`bitand`	Scalar	Computes the bitwise AND of two integers or two binary values.
`bitwise_and`	Scalar	Computes the bitwise AND of two numeric values.
`bitwise_arithmetic_shift_right`	Scalar	Shifts an integer right while preserving its sign.
`bitwise_logical_shift_right`	Scalar	Shifts an integer right while filling high positions with zero.
`bitwise_not`	Scalar	Inverts every bit of a signed integer.
`bitwise_or`	Being confirmed	Previous docs; being confirmed.
`bitwise_shift_left`	Scalar	Shifts an integer left by a number of bit positions.
`bitwise_xor`	Being confirmed	Previous docs; being confirmed.
`getbit`	Scalar	Returns the bit at a zero-based position in an integer.
`shiftleft`	Scalar	Shifts an integer left by a number of bit positions.
`shiftright`	Scalar	Shifts an integer right while preserving its sign.
