Regular expression functions

Match, extract and replace text with regular expressions.

Function	Type	What it does
`regexp_contains`	Scalar	Tests whether a regular expression matches any part of a string.
`regexp_count`	Scalar	Counts nonoverlapping matches of a regular expression in a string.
`regexp_extract`	Scalar	Returns the selected capture group from the first regular-expression match.
`regexp_extract_all`	Scalar	Returns the selected capture group from each regular-expression match.
`regexp_like`	Scalar	Tests whether a regular expression matches any part of a string.
`regexp_replace`	Scalar	Replaces every regular-expression match in a string.
`regexp_substr`	Scalar	Returns the first substring matching a regular expression.
`rlike`	Scalar	Tests whether a regular expression matches any part of a string.
