# Delete workspace

Permanently delete a workspace from the e6data Console after detaching its clusters, catalogs, and endpoints.

Deleting a workspace is permanent and cannot be undone. Before you delete, detach its resources to avoid leaving orphaned infrastructure:

* Delete all clusters assigned to the workspace.
* Disconnect all catalogs connected to the workspace.

## Delete the workspace

In the e6data Console:

1. [Delete all clusters](/query-engine/guides/clusters/create-and-manage-clusters.md) assigned to the workspace.
2. Disconnect all catalogs connected to the workspace.
3. Go to **Workspaces** and click the name of the workspace to delete (or open its kebab menu and choose **Delete**).
4. Click **Delete Workspace** and confirm.
